This is what we achieved after the first 2 days of properly running ads for this new client.

What do we mean by properly running ads?

This is actually Day 9 & 10 of them working with us.

Challenges 

Problems On Our Way

  • Pixel setup was all over the place.
  • Ad account not getting any orders.
  • Store conversion rate below 1.5%
  • Not running ads on potentially winning products.

Results

What we did

  1. First analyzed and worked with clients to select products worth testing from a whole lot of products.
  2. Ran test ads and identified the cause of pre-existing ad account problem
  3. Resolved that and moved on to identify and fix pixel issues.
  4. The conversion rate was still low, did a complete revamp of the store’s design.

Results

Conversion Rate is Now 4%+

PS: People wondering about RTOs, we already exclude regions with high RTOs based on data collected over a year’s time giving our clients an edge on the same! 🙂
