This is what we achieved after the first 2 days of properly running ads for this new client.
What do we mean by properly running ads?
This is actually Day 9 & 10 of them working with us.
Challenges
Problems On Our Way
- Pixel setup was all over the place.
- Ad account not getting any orders.
- Store conversion rate below 1.5%
- Not running ads on potentially winning products.
Results
What we did
- First analyzed and worked with clients to select products worth testing from a whole lot of products.
- Ran test ads and identified the cause of pre-existing ad account problem
- Resolved that and moved on to identify and fix pixel issues.
- The conversion rate was still low, did a complete revamp of the store’s design.

Results
Conversion Rate is Now 4%+
PS: People wondering about RTOs, we already exclude regions with high RTOs based on data collected over a year’s time giving our clients an edge on the same! 🙂
